ONION GRADING SORTING LINES
FUTURA takes care of the whole onion grading process so as to preserve the quality of your products.
The handling of onions might present some difficulties. In fact, the skin of these vegetables is particularly crumbly and leaves many fragments on the grading machines.
In order to minimize this problem, guarantee a perfect singulation of your vegetables and, as a consequence, a more efficient production, we developed a specific trolley, pitch 95. It is designed to prevent the overloading of more than one product on the same trolley and to maximize the line filling.
SORTING OPTIONS FOR WEIGHT, SIZE AND COLOUR
The sorting options for onion are weight and size, however colour is also available.
Depending on production capacity and type of packaging, your onions can be graded and sorted using Logika Central Discharge or Logical Lateral Discharge.
