It is planned to install a greenhouse complex in order to grow vegetables. At the same time, businessmen have plans to create an WDC (Wholesale Distribution Center). Partners from Uzbekistan will help implement these projects, “APK Novosti” reports. Entrepreneurs from Uzbekistan visited Atyrau to reach an agreement on closer joint work with their Kazakh counterparts, the press service of the “Atameken” Chamber of Entrepreneurs reports.

Businessmen have repeatedly visited Kazakhstan and now they want to cooperate more closely in the fruit and vegetable sales sector.
The chief representative of the Uzbek delegation, Sherzod Ismailov, said that the leadership of the Atyrau region reacted very positively to their initiative and organized meetings with the owners of large trade markets. Among the delegates from Uzbekistan was a prominent businessman who already has experience in sending agricultural products. Also, the Uzbek delegates showed great interest in the mechanisms of export and import of products.

Businessmen want to create sales points for their products in Atyrau. At the same time, the goods will not only come here, but also be exported. The head of the Regional Council of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Atyrau region, Gulmira Dzhumagalieva, took the initiative to create a wholesale distribution center in the district. Dzhumagalieva noted that local firms are interested in creating joint companies with Uzbek colleagues. This will contribute to greater provision of the population of the region with agricultural products. In addition, a collaboration can be created on the territory of the special economic space "National Industrial Petrochemical Technopark"

During a recent visit to Uzbekistan, Gulmira initiated the topic of building a large greenhouse block in Atyrau, which would help provide the population with fresh fruits and vegetables throughout the year. As a result of the negotiations, the parties reached a consensus on the supply of agricultural products by colleagues from Uzbekistan for local retailers. Experts explained the regulations for the import of products into the territory of Kazakhstan.
